Privacy Policy

LocalWebly uses the personal and business information you provide to create previews, manage projects, communicate about your website, and process purchases and subscriptions. This page explains the information we collect and your choices.

1. Who operates this site

LocalWebly is a trade name of HK Consulting group LLC. For privacy inquiries, email [email protected].

2. Information we collect

3. Why we use it

To sign you in, provide requested previews and website services, prepare and publish approved content, manage billing and renewals, confirm transactions, offer support, respond to requests, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and send important service communications. We do not use payment information to send unauthorized marketing messages.

4. Service providers

Services may include Cloudflare for website delivery and security, Supabase for accounts and stored project requests, Twilio for login verification messages, Stripe for checkout, receipts, billing and subscriptions, and website translation or embedded tools where enabled. These providers receive information needed to perform their services and apply their own privacy and security policies. A provider may process information outside your home jurisdiction.

5. Cookies, verification and messages

Necessary cookies or browser storage may maintain login state, enable checkout, or protect the service. Optional analytics or marketing cookies, if later introduced, will be handled according to applicable consent requirements. Phone numbers are used for account verification and customer-requested or operational communications; additional promotional messages require consent where applicable. Text and data rates may apply to SMS.

6. Sharing, selling, and public website content

We share information with operational service providers, a provider you authorize, or authorities when legally required. We do not sell customer contact lists. Materials approved for publication on a business website, such as a business address, contact details, photos and approved reviews, become publicly accessible when published. Do not send confidential information in free-preview requests.

7. Retention and security

We retain account, project, support and billing information as reasonably needed to deliver services, maintain security, comply with recordkeeping requirements and handle disputes. Retention varies by record type. We use reasonable administrative and technical security measures, but no website or data transmission can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing [email protected], subject to applicable identity verification and lawful retention exceptions. You may opt out of optional marketing messages. Residents of certain jurisdictions, including California, may have additional statutory privacy rights; we will respond as required by applicable law.

9. Children, links and updates

Services are intended for adult business owners and representatives, not children under 13. Linked external services are governed by their own privacy policies. This policy may be updated when services change; material changes will be communicated when required.

10. Contact
